Visit our agricultural education tent to learn more about the crops grown right here in Glengarry and the farmers who have kept us fed for generations. Wander through our corn maze or get up close and personal with our virtual reality farming experience! Top it all off by engaging with animals reared right here in glengarry including cattle and alpacas.
We also have the Keeper’s Animal Sanctuary at the fair this year to help everyone better understand the animals that call Glengarry home.
Visit the Sir John Johnson building throughout the weekend to meet some of the sanctuary’s incredible creatures from all around the world and get up close and personal as you learn more about them, where they live and what makes them so fascinating!
This Keepers focuses on rescuing all types of animals, providing a sanctuary, veterinary care and a safe environment.

Common Questions About the Fair
When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets are on sale now! We highly recommend purchasing yours early to avoid long lines. Take advantage of our early bird pricing to save up to $10 off your ticket—this special discount ends exactly two weeks before the fair.
Can I buy a pass that does not include the midway?
No. Admission is the same for everyone over 36″ in height (excluding seniors as outlined below). It’s important to note that while not everyone enjoys the midway, everyone has the opportunity to pick what they enjoy most at the Williamstown Fair for the same price. Whether you enjoy horse and cattle shows, entertainment, the kid’s zone or the midway, we hope you enjoy everything the fair has to offer.
Can I purchase tickets at the gate?
Yes, you can purchase tickets at the gate using cash, debit or credit.
Is there savings on buying a weekend pass and when will they be available?
Buying a weekend pass is not only the equivalent of one free day at the fair but also includes a chance at winning a FREE mountain bike valued at $900 as well as a variety of other prizes! Weekend passes are now available for purchase and you can buy right up until Saturday of the Fair. Weekend Passes are also discounted by $10 until December 31 and $5 until 2 weeks before the fair opens each year.
Do kids still get in for free?
Children under 36 inches tall and under will be FREE to get in.
What time do the gates open?
Gates open at 8 am each day of the fair. Please note that beginning in 2025, evening entertainment in the Meeting Place will be restricted to those who have paid for admission even after gates close.
Is there parking on-site?
Yes! There is lots of parking available. Please follow the signage as you approach Williamstown and look for our volunteers to direct you.
Are pets or companion animals allowed?
Only properly identified service animals on a short leash are allowed on the grounds.
Are there food and non-food vendors on-site?
Yes, there are vendors on-site for both events. See the website for details on who is coming.
What does an all-inclusive pass entail?
You pay once at the gate and have full unlimited access to all entertainment, shows, tents, and rides.
Is there an ATM on-site?
Yes, there is an ATM located in the Meeting Place.
Is there a discount for seniors?
Special Senior’s discount is available to those who are at least 60 years old at the gate. In 2026, this is available on Sunday only.
Can I bring a camera?
Yes, but no flash photography is allowed during the show for the safety of the animals and riders.
