Diane, Denyse and Marie Marleau are three French-speaking singer-songwriters who have several CDs to their names. As part of the Williamstown Fair, their show includes French and English songs. The spirit, complicity and humour of the songs are present throughout the show!

Ruby Tuesday

Saturday at 2:00 PM

Ruby Tuesday plays traditional Dixieland songs that will surely get you up on your feet. According to Carole Mundy, leader of the Band, “It’s so much fun to play this music that the fun becomes infectious. All of our audiences seem to have as much fun as we do!”

Jesse Ferguson (The Bard of Cornwall)

Saturday at 3:15 p.m.

Jesse Ferguson is a poet and musician, specialising in celtic music. He grew up in Cornwall and plays a Washburn acoustic guitar, a Hondo Mandolin and a generic bodhran.

Playing your favorite Celtic, Rock, and Country tunes, KRS is going to bring a unique generational sound to Saturday night at the fair, accompanied by a rough folky flair!

Joe Herir

Sunday at 9:10 A.M.

Joe has been writing songs all his life and taught himself to play piano, guitar, trumpet and harmonica. He used to think that music happened because of the instrument he played but later realized that it all comes from his head. It doesn’t matter what instrument you play. You can be a virtuoso silver spoon player and not even know it. Just pick up some spoons and give it a try.

The Quigley Highlanders

The Quigleys are a local community band whose moto is “know your past, empower your future. They are a perennial duty band at the Glengarry Highland Games; have won their grade competition at the North Lanark Highland Games a number of times, and opened for Rod Stewart at his 2018 tour stop in Montreal.

The Trousers

Making a name for themselves as Ottawa’s hottest trad band, The Trousers are a dynamic duo that showcase music from their roots. Seasoned multi-instrumentalists Karson McKeown and Ross Davison are sure to have audiences unable to resist nodding and tapping their toes along to the beat of unique arrangements consisting of traditional Irish, Scottish, and Cape Breton tunes.
